These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on oreplin.com.

2. Products and Availability

OREPLINE offers for sale the jewelry and accessories presented on oreplin.com.

The essential characteristics of the products are indicated on the corresponding product pages. Photographs are presented with the greatest care but may show slight differences in color, texture or appearance, particularly due to the natural characteristics of stones and materials, as well as display settings.

Offers are valid while stocks last.

In the exceptional event that an item becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, OREPLINE will contact the customer to offer an appropriate solution or a refund for the item concerned.

3. Prices, Currencies and Taxes

OREPLINE's reference prices are established in Swiss francs (CHF). Depending on the country or region from which the website is accessed, prices may be displayed in another currency through the conversion and market features available on our store.

Any applicable shipping costs are indicated before the order is finally confirmed.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, import taxes, customs duties or customs clearance fees may be applied by the destination country and/or the relevant service providers. These charges are not collected by OREPLINE at the time of the order and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order, particularly their contact details and delivery address.

The order becomes final after payment has been validated and the order has been confirmed by OREPLINE.

OREPLINE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error, suspected fraud, product unavailability or an issue that reasonably prevents the order from being fulfilled. If payment has already been made for an order cancelled by OREPLINE, the relevant amounts will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

The available payment methods are those offered to the customer during checkout on oreplin.com.

Transactions are processed by the payment service providers available on our store, according to the payment method selected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be affected, in particular, by carriers, customs controls or other circumstances beyond OREPLINE's control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

8. Gift Cards

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will, where possible, first seek an amicable solution.

Subject to applicable mandatory provisions, particularly those protecting consumers, the competent courts shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.

13. Amendments to the GTC

OREPLINE may amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale to take into account, in particular, changes to its services, practices or applicable legal requirements.

The version applicable to an order is the version in force at the time the order is confirmed.
